Happy Father's Day!

Did you do something special for the father(s) in your life yesterday?

Father and Son (Memorial Day weekend at the Homestead)

*****UPDATE: Pictures below*****

G is such a good sport with so much patience...on top of being a great dad and husband.

It was his first Father's Day. Poor dear, I think it could have been better! We met wonderful internet friends, Felicia and Rob downtown for the first time and had some coffee. They also took some photos of us! That was super nice. But unfortunately, it was an unnecessarily shitty drive into the city, as all the streets were blocked off. DC--you suck sometimes. Totally frustrating. I felt bad (for him and Felicia and Rob who had to wait 45 minutes, walking around in this crappy heat and humidity).

LOVE  Rob & Felicia's work! Thank you, guys!

Then we went to G's parents for lunch. I made an iron-on onesie for Delicious with his name on it, and the exact same for G...but a t-shirt with Delicious' name on it...and added "Big" to it. As in "Big [Delicious]" (instead of little G, get it?). We got his dad a bird feeding book, since that's his new thing. Really cute. Small little gestures, but hopefully meaningful.

G and his dad tried to watch some golf, but poor G kept getting interrupted. All he wanted for Father's day was just to watch a little friggin golf. In peace. No such luck. He's such a good sport; he took it all in stride. (Next year will be more relaxing and more of your day, G! Promise.) But hopefully, his first Father's day was still special, though.

Hi! I've been following your blog since Weddingbee days and have enjoyed reading about all your adventures. I have a 4-month old son, so it's always nice to see what lies a few months ahead.

I love Delish's striped onesies! Could you tell us where you found them?

I think Mr. D is looking more and more like you. And he's so cute, but I say that all the time. Nom, nom, nom, on his chubby leg. :o)

Such a cute picture of Big & Little Delicious!

We are very glad to have met you and your gorgeous family. Pity we didn't get to hang out longer, but it's better than nothing.

Happy Fathers' Day, G!

I love the photo of G and Delish! DC traffic can be horrendous, it's good that you guys had fun.

Thanks, ladies! I want to bite the both of them, to be honest.

Eileen: Babydaddy, indeed!

Tricia: Some of them are hand-me-downs, but others I got from Target! They're Carter's.

Rubies: Ohhhh, you are soooo close to having your own deliciously delish! How are you???

Felicia: SO great to meet you!

Sandy and Serena: Hi Bee sisters!!!
